We're sorry that you are having problems logging into
your membership dashboard.
Our passwords are based on a software product that
places a "COOKIE" on your desktop to identify you
and properly log you in.
Sometimes these "COOKIES" conflict
with others that
are placed on your computer as you wander the internet.
COOKIES are not harmful in anyway - they can be
frustrating - especially when you want to log in ...
and can't.
It is very
EASY for you to fix, yourself.
You
simply need to do two things:
#1
- Clear your COOKIES and your CACHE,
then try
to login again. If this fails ... before you close your browser,
Clear
COOKIES, CACHE and HISTORY and then CLOSE your browser, so
you can start a new session.
#2. Restart
your browser, go to the login screen and log in.
