Following a trend of many communities in states where water is one of their most valuable assets, cities located in the Phoenix metropolitan area are offering the following rebates to homeowners who replace their lawns with artificial grass:
Peoria: up to $550
Tempe: up to $500
Mesa: $50 – $225
Scottsdale: up to $1,500 (residential) or up to $3,000 (commercial)
Glendale: up to $750
